HOW IT WORKS

How The Day Works

01. exercise

The morning session consists of light exercise, adapted safely for all ages and abilities with our experienced combat sports coaches.

02. lunch

This is followed by a nutritious, healthy lunch and drinks and some down time in our in-house relaxation and games room.

03. discussion

Following lunch, our guest mental health public speaker will host a talk, participants do not have to contribute to discussion, they can simply listen.

04

04. breathwork

The last part of the day takes participants back to our main training space for some stretching and breath work in the final relaxing hour of the day.
